About 2025 Project

In response to the dynamic global knowledge landscape, our project underscores the necessity for cross-domain talents, aligning with APEC’s vision for sustainable, inclusive growth. Embracing the Peruvian theme for APEC 2024, EMPOWER. INCLUDE. GROW., our focus resonates particularly with its second priority: Innovation and digitalization to promote the transition to the formal and global economy. By nurturing interdisciplinary skills, we aspire to bridge gaps, enhance competitiveness, and tap into previously unexplored economic opportunities. The project's centerpiece is a 2025 event in Chinese Taipei, adhering to APEC Guidelines on Managing Cooperation with Non-member. This gathering will unite education policymakers and stakeholders across APEC economies, showcasing collaborative industry-academia models. Our aim is to spotlight best practices, aligning with APEC’s goal of fostering an interconnected, innovative, and inclusive environment conducive to sustainable economic development.
